MSP NOMA

Our Mission is to foster justice and equity in our local communities of color through outreach, advocacy, and professional development.

MSP NOMA serves to create a space for minority designers to come together and share our experiences and knowledge within the design field.

Who are we? What do we do?

  • NOMA is short for National Organization of Minority Architects. It was founded by 13 African American Architects who sought to create a space for minorities architects and designers to share their experiences and combat discrimination within the design field.

  • You can become a full member by going to the NOMA Membership Portal and register for a new account. If you’re indecisive about joining us as a full member then you can go to our contact us. There, you can send us your email, or questions, and you’ll be added to our database to get the latest updates on events.

Our socials, events, and get-togethers are located throughout Twin Cities and are usually hosted by local architecture firms.

  • We are always accepting new donors and sponsors to help us out! Without your generous donations, we could not fund our socials and meet-ups. You can click the Donate and Join button on the top right corner to see how you can donate or join as a full member.
