WALE FALADE, AIA, NOMA

An avid bass player who also dabbles in sound mixing, Wale is a graduate of the M.Arch program at the College of Design, University of Minnesota. He has worked in the industry for over 16 years with numerous projects in 40 US states and Canadian provinces.

He is a Principal at Locus Architecture, founder of FIHÀN Design+Architecure and has lectured in architecture for years at Dunwoody College of Technology. 

Wale’s work emphasizes a rigorous, iterative, and collaborative design process. He believes in democratizing design access and the value of architecture to enhance the lives of people. His advocacy work seeks to advance design, design education equity, and environmental stewardship.
