Chidiebere Uguru is an emerging professional currently training for her architectural license.  She graduated from university in 2020 and moved to the twin cities that same year. Thanks to the support of a friend, she became more active in MSP NOMA, joining their Social-media committee team in 2021.

Chidiebere also joined their BOLD program (in collaboration with IIDA Northland) which provides a space for mentors, mentees and peers in the industry to network more frequently. This community, which MSP NOMA exposed her to, has been so welcoming and open. Her goal as the incoming secretary is to continue with the support that has made the Twin Cities community amazing and to enrich the outreach efforts of this NOMA branch so more people are aware that they are welcome here.
